High Demand = Smart Planning
Our appointment slots fill up faster than you can say "defined curls"! If you're hoping to get in sooner than what's available, add yourself to our waiting list AND book the earliest available appointment.
Please resist the urge to call, text, or email requesting earlier slots - we promise it's not personal, it's just logistics! Those requests will be lovingly denied because managing a tight schedule is like detangling thick hair - it requires patience and a system that actually works.

Booking Timeline
We accept appointments up to 2 months in advance - no more, no less. This sweet spot helps us manage our schedule thoughtfully while giving you plenty of planning time for your curl transformation.

Holding Your Spot
All appointments require a credit card to hold your spot, curlfriend. This protects your booking, makes our cancellation policy work smoothly, and ensures we're both serious about your appointment time. No card on file? Then we don't have a confirmed appointment - it's that real.

Timing is Everything, Curlfriend
Please be aware that if you arrive later than 15 minutes past your appointment, cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours, or do not show up for your appointment, you are responsible for paying a $75 fee! No exceptions. My services are in high demand, so please be mindful with timing and planning!
You will be required to secure your appointment with a credit card.

Firm Pricing Policy
Our prices are set with intention and expertise - they're firm and non-negotiable. We've priced our services fairly for the level of specialization and care you receive.
Asking for discounts is like asking an artist to paint your portrait for half price because you smiled really nicely. We know our worth, and once you see your curl transformation, you will too.

Tipless Service
Your Curlfriend operates as a tipless service! We've built fair compensation into our pricing so you never have to guess about gratuity.
Instead, show love through:
Retail purchases (your curls will thank you)
Gift cards (spread the curl love)
Referring your curl-curious friends (the best compliment!)
Sharing your transformation on social media (we love a good glow-up post! - don't forget to tag @yourcurlfriendpdx)

No Childcare
Due to liability reasons and for the comfort and safety of other clients, clients are not allowed to bring in their children without childcare or extra guests near my station.
