Alley has been creating curl art since 2012 with 13+ years of experience bringing out your hair's natural beauty. She's the creative force of nature behind Your Curlfriend—passionate, talented, and frequently forgetting that lunch is a thing. (Good thing she has backup!)

CTO & Co-founder

Eddie Freeman

Eddie manages the technology and strategizes big moves behind the scenes at Your Curlfriend. A tech wizard with 15+ years of experience, he keeps the systems running smooth and makes sure Alley actually eats lunch and takes breaks. Someone's gotta do it!

Operations Manager

Natalie Hoge

Natalie brings 5+ years of project management experience in public health to keep Your Curlfriend running like magic. She uses her organizational superpowers and big-picture thinking to streamline operations and keep the team shining bright! She also makes sure Alley eats lunch and has that occasional glass of wine to chill. Teamwork!
