Natalie brings 5+ years of public health project management experience to keep Your Curlfriend running like a well-oiled curl machine. She's all about that organizational magic and big-picture thinking that keeps the team shining bright!

But here's the real story: Natalie met Alley as a client three years ago, right after moving to Portland. Her curls? Completely transformed. She walked in with long, air-dried, product-free hair and has since gone through bangs, learned to diffuse for the first time ever, and eventually made the bold move to chop it all off. Now she happily hops into Alley's chair every few months, trusts completely, and leaves with fresh curl wisdom (and usually a new product to try). Big transformations, bigger confidence!

When she's not keeping operations smooth, you'll find Natalie enjoying good company, great food, and a glass (or two) of wine—often while exploring Portland's neighborhoods on long walks with her best friend and pup, Lua.

Fun fact: She also makes sure Alley eats lunch and has that occasional glass of wine to chill. Teamwork makes the dream work!
